Cancellation Policy
For Annual Conference, Owners Exchange or any other corporate-arranged event, cancellations will be fully refunded when requested more than 90 days in advance of the event date. Cancellations between 45 and 90 days will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event will not be refunded.

The Payroll Vault - Altitude Annual National Conference will be held at the Denver Hilton Inverness Hotel. Payroll Vault has reserved a block of rooms for August 13, 2019 - August 17, 2019.
The special room rate of $199/night for a Kingbed and $209/night for a Double will be available until July 23rd at 5pm MST or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Once the room block is sold out, reservations will be accepted on a space availability basis at the hotel current rate.
